Helpdesk Submittal Page

The Helpdesk can be used as a stand alone unit or it can be tied into a vBookTM as a support mechanism. Multiple vBooks can be submitted into the same Helpdesk. It is all up to you and how you want to set up your system. The Helpdesk can be accessed from your Knowledge Library just like a vBook. Of course, you determine who gets access to it.

The Helpdesk handles the following:
